Description

This is a barn fresh 1940 chevy pickup with clean updated WI. title in my name. Last registered in 1965.Purchased from the estate auction. It is mostly complete. Missing air cleaner housing and some hub caps. Maybe a few other minor things. Does have lots of rust. Mostly the bed is shot, sides and tailgate are really crusty. Some holes in running boards. Lower doors also have some rust on outer skins. Front cab corners have rust. Bottom of headlight buckets have rust too. Door latches and window cranks are crusty but a little pb blaster should get everything moving again. Glass is mostly cracked too. Overall pretty decent for a rat rod, patina hot rod or great parts truck. Motor and trans are there but motor is currently stuck. Oil level is full and pretty clean. Doesnt appear to have any water or condensation in it so i'm fairly confident you can free it up. Has alot of cool options like grill guard, heater, trumpet horns and turn signals. Only thing that has been done to the truck was put new tubes in the rims and different tires so it can roll around. Also took the driver rear drum off as it was stuck and wouldnt roll.
