FACTORY V-81971 C-10 SHORT BEDFLEETSIDE TRUCK.FACTORY CHEYENNE 10 PACKAGE WITH FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND AN ORIGINAL1971 SHORT BED FLEETSIDE TRUCK (UNRESTORED) WITH FACTORYA/C THESE DAYS.THIS C-10DOES RUN, DRIVE AND STOP. IT HAS SAT FOR A WHILE SO IT WILL NEED SOME TLCBEFORE BEINGROAD READY. IT IS A FACTORY 3 ON THE TREE TRUCK BUT IT HAS BEEN CONVERTED OVER TO A FLOORSHIFTER. IT DOES GO INTO ALL THE GEARS BUT THE LINKAGES ARE SLOPPY. THE TRUCKIS ALL ORIGINAL (EXCEPT FORA 350 BF GOODWRENCH MOTOR REPLACED THE ORIGINAL 350 BLOCKIN 1995). I HAVE THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORKFOR THAT.IT IS A GOOD RUNNING ENGINE ANDIT HAS THE FACTORY QUADRA-JET CARB.
THE TRUCK OVERALL HAS THE NORMAL RUST FOR THE YEAR. TO BE A SHOW TRUCK IT WILL NEED A COMPLETE RESTORATION. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A SOUTHERN TRUCK AND IT HAS A SOLD COWL WALL, SOLID DRIP RAIL, AND HAS ALL ORIGINAL BODY PANELS AND TRIM.
