1951 Chevrolet SWB Pickup
Description
1951 Chevy 1/2 ton short wheelbase pickup. This truck was being professionally built by a shop that lost their lease because the building was being cleared to make way for housing. It has thousands of dollars in parts and a very nice paint job. It has a rebuilt long block and 4 speed transmission. It has new window in the back and the curved glass already installed and I have the new side glass all from LMC. It has a new steering wheel, new grill. I have new upholstery for the seat, but don't have the seat. The bed is all new and the rear fender and running boards. I have a "Be Cool" aluminum radiator for the truck, nor new but in good condition and made for this model truck. There is a new brake booster and some other new parts like front window seals and door seals. There are a lot of parts, but some things are missing like peripheral engine parts, fender welding, front window, one headlight bucket and wiring etc. The gauges are there but not the speedometer. There is no rust at all, the cab floor is original and perfect. The upholstery for the seat is very nice still wrapped. It has a very nice color combination with white and a nice cream mellow yellow color that is not overwhelming. It has a couple small runs mostly on the top back of the cab that need sanding out. The paint has never been cut and buffed, but look real good like it is. It's a real good project with a lot of new parts and the most expensive thin, the paint job done. The fenders and doors are loosely bolted together so need welding and adjustment. I am selling it with a California Bill of Sale form. I can store the truck up to 60 days after payment if time is needed to pick it up.
