1979 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Landau Coupe 2-Door 5.7L

Description

I bought this car 18 years ago and used it as my personal car for 3 years then parked it. As far as I can tell, it has all options offered in 1979 including the rare factory steel power sunroof! It will need total restoration. The seats are nice but headliner and sun visors are shot. Body is decent with no apparent hits or damage but thepaint is gone. There is a small rust spot ( not thru) on the left rear quarter panel. We put a battery in it and it started but because of rotten gas, we only ran it long enough with fresh gas down the carb. No rattles or knocks. We did not try the windows, sunroof or seat but they worked when parked. Tires hold air but are very dry. There are no brakes from sitting so the car will have to be trailered or towed. NOT driveable as it sits. Good clean title in my name.
