Description

1962 chevy Impala wagon.Clear title and current OKLA tag in my name. No reserve This was a highly optioned car for its time. Originally a 327 4bbl, power glide car. 3.55 gears. The motor/trans is missing . Options includedpower back window(glass is rolled down), EZ-eye glass,Power brakes, power steering car with factory AC( the compressor is there and still hooked up), All 3 vents drivers side, middle, and passenger are there.(People ask more for factory AC than what I have this car listed as) The drive shaft is still in the car. Car will have roller wheels that hold air to at least get on trailer no hubcaps (steers and rolls easy)
The car appears to be a low mileage car by looking at the seats/interior and odometer. (55K) It spent most of its life in Kansas and was built in St Louis. Keys are in the ignitionYou could get by using the interior as is for now and add new carpet. All the factory ac vents are there( middle and 2 sides), steering wheel, AM radio. All glass is good but windshield
The body needs some work but I will show the worst parts in detail. The floors are not too bad, the front passenger needs work the rear cargo area however is rusted out.I put pictures of the worst areas on here. The front passenger fender is not original to the car and needs work. There is some rust in rockers but not but completely through. The tailgate is in good shape and is not all rusty at the bottom floors under the back seat are in really good shape, the quarters have some rust/damage in them Look at the pictures
Bottom line: It would take a lot to restore this car but it would be a really fun car to fix the floors, trunk put it on air ride(bags), put a LS motor in it and drive the wheels off. I have a 58 yeoman, several tri 5 wagons or I would keep this one but thought I'd at least save it for the next person to do with what they want. Any questions please get a hold of me and I will gladly answer them
The car can stay here 90 days I am located north of OKC OK so its 35 minutes to I-40 or I-35. I maybe able to deliver 300 mile radius for 1.65/mile(if gas doesn't go up to $3/gallon) prepaid and on a agreed time.
