1978 Chevy Suburban, One Owner, Low Miles, Loaded and Original!

1978 Chevy Suburban, 1 Owner, 115,000 original miles. Original Idaho vehicle, ordered with the Scottsdale package, Power steering, Power disc brakes and A/C. The air conditioning is all there but doesn't kick on. The 350 engine is original and runs fantastic, starts every time and doesn't burn or leak any oil. The transmission shifts perfectly, in any gear or at any speed. It's a four speed with granny first gear. The clutch was replaced 40,000 miles ago and still has plenty of life left. Brakes are superb, all lights and gauges work. The exterior was repainted the original color sometime ago but still shows very nicely, the only blemishes are on the right side and are from the original owner opening his other cars door and chipping the side of the Suburban. The interior is 100% original. The seats are immaculate aside from a few splits in the seams of the drivers side bench, there are a few cracks in the center of the dash. All door panels are in very nice shape, all windows roll up and down as they should and doors open and close properly with perfect reveals. The only rust can be found on the drivers side rear wheel well and is about three inches long and an inch and a half wide and is in the form of some bubbling under the paint. Otherwise there is absolutely no rust whatsoever anywhere on the body or in the floors. The tires are brand new with about 100 miles on them. They are the top of the line tires from Les Schwab. Which allow for free rotations and flat repair for the life of the tire. The steering is nice and tight. The headliner material is missing but the foam is there. The original owner has kept meticulous maintenance records since new, verifying mileage and services preformed. The only reason this jewel is being sold is because the owner is 90 years old and cannot drive anymore. This Suburban has been in a garage it's whole life when not driven. The Suburban is a factory half ton and has a factory 40 gallon fuel tank with a towing package, trailer brake and overload springs. I would have no doubt that this Suburban would make it across country with absolutely no issues at all! Fly out and pick it up and drive it home. Please note that there is not any white paint on the tires. The white paint was on the old tires when the rims were painted and the pictures were taken.
