1968 Camaro. 4 year restoration recently finishedas a resto-modSS. Car has seen every area either restored to original or upgraded.
*Subframe off restoration project with thousands of dollars in new parts, labor and out of shop services.
*Built with meticulous attention to detail.
*Rebuilt 327 engine with 300 horsepower double hump heads(1968 202/174), TRW pistons, steel crank, Edelbrock polished aluminum intake anda new Edelbrock 4 barrelcarb.
*The 327 is bored .030 over.
*Dillon aluminum radiator with a electric fan, dress up pulley kit, chrome alternator andchrome valve covers. The inner wheel wells are new.
*Muncie M-20 4 speed transmission and a completelyrebuilt 12 bolt rear end. New axles are in the rear end.
*Ceramic coated headers from Summit Racing and Magnum Flow mufflers.
*New metal or purchased original metal....including but not limited to:quarterpanels, doors, fenders, rocker panels, SS hood with vents, valance, grill, rear deck, spoiler, bumpers andtrim.
*Paint is Viper Red with the wrap around Camaro graphic painted onto the front.....just like the originals. There are no blemishes in this paint job. It is a base coat-clear coat finish.
*Interiorhas been 100 percent restored withOEMinterior, including but not limited to carpet, rebuilt seats with new covers, headliner, wood grain SS steering wheel, tachometer, auxiliary gauge pack, air vents, window feltand anew 150 watt stereo with retro look and USB connection.
*Gaugesare restored equipment. The dash and 4 speed console are OEM replacements.
*All new American Autowire harnesses throughout the car....including in the dash. Everything works as new.2 floor pans were replaced.
*It has power steering,4 wheel disc brakes, new fuel tankandnew fuel and brake lines.
*Newfront end suspension with tubular upper and lower control arms, shocks, bushings, ball joints, tie rodsand steering sector.
*BMR 2 inch lowering springs are in the front andDetroit Speed 3 inch lowering leaf springs are in therear.
*American Racing Wheels, 17 x 7 front, 17 x 8 rear. They are gloss black with a retro look.Tires are 245/45/r17 BF Goodrich comp 2 G Force. The rear glass and rear viewmirrors are OEM.
*All new bolt and screw kit for 1968 Camaro was used in reassembly.
