Seven Hills Motorcars is proud to offer this absolutely beautiful and completely numbers matching 1973 L82 Corvette Convertible in excellent condition with a Muncie M21 4-Speed Close Ratio transmission. This Stingray looks fantastic, runs great, and is an excellent driver. The car is totally solid with nice lines and no rust issues. It is finished in the stunning and highly desirable color combination of Bright Yellow (952) over Black Vinyl (400). This is also the correct and original color scheme as verified by the codes on the trim tag, which is pictured below. I have personally put over 90 miles on Stingray, including a recent trip to a Cars and Coffee event outside of Dayton, OH, and during the entire time the car was flawlessly reliable with no issues and a true pleasure to drive.
This is an excellent opportunity to own a classic and highly sought-after original high horsepower L82 Corvette 4-Speed convertible that is ready to be used and enjoyed at an unbeatable value. One could easily buy this car now and sell it for more than the purchase price in years to come as the market on C3 Corvettes is strong right now and on the rise and 1973 is a special one year only body style and the last year to feature a chrome bumper. Please peruse all of the photos, the extensive list of numbers, video, and information below to get a true sense of how nice, clean, and correct this Corvette really is.
We purchased this Corvette from a gentleman who had previously purchased this Corvette in Arizona. Being a western car, the underside is exceptionally clean with no rust at all. This Stingray is also completely numbers matching with the last six digits of the VIN stamped on the engine block and the main case of the transmission indicating the engine and transmission are the original units installed in the car new at the factory. The paint and trim codes are also correct for the car. Even detailed items like the carburetor, intake, distributor, rear end, and even the rims are all correct and original with the right part numbers and appropriate dates.
Also included with the car is the original owners manual, vehicle warranty booklet showing the original owner's name, 1973 Corvette consumer information booklet, trim ring instruction card, 1973 Chevrolet emissions booklet, 1973 Chevrolet maintenance booklet, and even the original envelope the paperwork would have come in from the dealer new.
As a side note, this Corvette is not a dealer auction vehicle. We hand pick each car after careful inspection. Our Corvettes come from owners who expect their car to go to someone that will give the vehicle the same care and attention as they did. We invite and encourage you to examine the car in person or have the car inspected. Please take the time to scrutinize each picture. We photograph each vehicle to the greatest extent so you can feel confident about your purchase. If you have a question about the Corvette, just give us a call.
