Chevrolet Corvette 1992 White Convertible Used

You are bidding on a 1992 Corvette convertible with 100K+ miles. The car is not running at this time because I believe it was just sitting too long. One of the rear tires has a slow leak. The tires are shot and need replacing. The motor cranks (with battery applied) but the engine does not start. There is a 3 inch chip (missing piece of fiberglass) on the hood near the windshield. The rest of the body looks good to me. This car is in good to fair condition. The leather interior has signs of wear. The convertible top is worn and not totally waterproof. I have kept the car covered with a tarp. This car would be a good restoration project or a parts car used to restore other Corvettes. This car is located in Westchester New York and must be towed away within 2 weeks after the sale is complete.
