1969 el Camino SS396 Factory Air Original Glacier Blue Surviver 65,000 miles
Description
Here is a true survivor, my 1969 Chevrolet el Camino Super Sport. It is a two-owner car, myself being the 2nd owner. It has it's original engine, transmission and rear end, all of which have never been out of the car. It still has the assembly line non-locking motor mount on the passenger side for you that know what that is. It is a 100% zero rust car, having been originally built and sold in California and remaining here it's entire life. It still has it's original California black plates issued in 1969 and not "YOM" (year of manufacturer) plates you can buy today. It has factory air conditioning which still blows cold. It is code 53 paint (Glacier Blue) with code 765 interior (dark blue metallic). It currently has black interior as the original owner changed it to black when he had it repainted in the 1990's. The paint is not perfect, but is extremely extremely nice. If you would chose to put the interior back to original dark blue, I have all of the original important parts to do that and they are included (dated seat belts, sun visors, head rests). If you like survivor el Caminos like I do, then this has to be one of the nicest original ones left. I would hope that any serious buyer would want to come see it in person, and I encourage that. Please come look over every single part, every nut and every bolt for originality. I will be selling 4 of my cars over the next year, all of them being either one or two owner cars, a 1957 Ford Thunderbird, 1965 Chevy C-10 Pickup Truck, 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible and this el Camino, and all of them with their original drivetrain still in place. Any questions, please ask and thanks for looking.
