Description

1970 Camaro RS, genuine split bumper car. All metal car except for fiberglass hood. Roll up windows, lights, wipers and turn signal remain intact to keep it street legal. Less than 5 hours run time (initial tuning only) on the entire car with this setup. Needs final tuning and shakedowns. If you have any questions call 912-224-9693. Engine: Brand new 454 HO crate engine that was disassembled and redone to accommodate the blower. 4 bolt main, GM forged crankshaft, GM forged steel 7/16 rods with ARP bolts, 8.75 to dished forged blower pistons. GM rectangle port heads with 2.25/1.80 valves, ported and polished exhaust ports, CC’d and polished combustion chambers. All GM valve train components were replaced with Comp Cams hydraulic roller camshaft, comp cams lifters and springs, comp cams roller rockers and comp cam stud girdle. Miloden oil pan and high volume oil pump. Aeromotive vacuum pump, mini alternator, CRS electric water pump, high torque starter, Hooker super competition headers and 3 inch exhaust.
Power adders: Brand new Weiand 8-71 polished blower with dual Demon 850 cfm blower carbs, Super Chiller under blower water intercooler with 5 gallon ice tank behind driver’s seat. NOS 125 shot fogger plate.
Transmission: Rollerized Turbo 400 with power pack clutches and hardened shafts, Trans brake, 3800 stall rev max torque convertor, B&M quarter stick shifter, B&M oil cooler.
Rear end: Braced 9 inch rear with 4.56 gears, Detroit locker, mosser axles, and rear disc brakes.
Chassis: Back halved car setup with a 4 link coil over suspension. 4 wheel manual disc brakes, manual steering. Frame is tied,14 point cage all the way into engine compartment. All metal car except for hood.
Electronics: MSD billet distributor, MSD digital 6 ignition, MSD HVC coil, MSD boost timing controller, All Autometer gauges.
Fuel system: Barry Grant 400 fuel pump, filter and regulator
Cooling system: Custom aluminum radiator, custom aluminum shroud, CSR electric water pump, triple electric cooling fans.
