Description

Up for NO RESERVE auction is my '62 chevy pick up. I purchased this truck out of Texas about 5 years ago. When it go to me I had a 350 motor put in that had previously been rebuilt and from I was told and can tell it was rebuilt to perform better than stock. I will get a chirp from the tires every once in a while as the automatic 3 speed shifts to second. The truck is very nice and a great daily driver fun to just jump in and go! I have included a lot of pictures to give the best representaton as possible with the truck but Please don' hesitate to ask questions or for additional photos I'd there is a specific area you' like to see. I get a ton of compliments on the sound and stance of the truck. The silver color in the sun is absolutely a beautiful color and The red interior compliments it very nicely. The truck and underside as pictures show is rust free and the body is straight. I am only selling to make room and free up capital for other projects. Truck has been stored inside since I brought it north and starts right up and drives very nice down the road. The couple of things that could use an afternoon of attention are as follows.1. The driver window fell off the track last fall before I parked the truck and haven' had a chance to pull the door apart and get it back on track.2. The transmission doesn't always stay in park, it shifts just fine so not sure if it' just needs an adjustment or I've read in this particular tranny there is a pin in it that sometimes shears and creates no other issue than just doesn' stay in park again. This came up late last year and just haven' addressed it. I just carry a wood block in the back. Not to mention a new tranny for a 350 is easy to come by and cheap to replace if you choose to do so. If you want it fixed before you buy it let me know we can get it taken care of.
I mention these two things because I want the next owner to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
I may also be open to trades, let me know what you have, Coe's are of most interest or Diamond T trucks.
Selling this truck as is and no warranty. I may be able to deliver or more than willing to help prepare it for a transport if you wish to ship it.I have this truck listed a number of different places to if it sells I will end auction immediately. Thank you and good luck bidding.
