1955 Chevrolet 2 door post. Hot rod / rat rod. This is one of the coolest hot rods I've ever owned. Gets as much attention as my Lamborghini. The car is a rusty and ratty 1955 Chevrolet 2 door post body. The body has been set over top of a 1995 Buick Roadmaster frame and suspension and complete running gear. That means it has the LT1 fuel injected motor with automatic transmission. The fabrication done to put the 55 body on top of the Buick was done well. several 55 patch panels where added when put on top of the 95 floor pan to make structurally sound. Thing drives like a Cadillac cuz that's basically what it is underneath. Will do 80 mph+ on the freeway. I would drive it cross-country tomorrow if I had to. The car runs excellent and has an aftermarket exhaust which sounds great . Has some 15 inch steel wheels with good tires. In side it has the leather seats from the Buick. Also has the gauge cluster from the Buick that has a working speedometer, working gas gauge, also a temperature gauge. Headlights, tail lights,turn signals and tag light all work. Also has an electric fan installed. This is a car to restore, its a sweet patina rat rod to drive and enjoy as is. Either hate it or love it but everyone will still be looking at it. Has clean 55 title. Front and rear windshields are new. Drivers door doesn't have a glass. More pics below.
