NO RESERVE! 1983 Monte Carlo convertible with 25K actual miles. According to the original owner I purchased vehicle from, convertible was built by Hess & Eisenhardt. I have no documented proof, car was found two years ago sitting in a garage. Manual new top, seat covers, paint, grille, pwr windows and locks, tires good, new AM/FM/CD/USB radio and speakers. Car has aftermarket rims not stock original. Not many still around in this shape. Only missing items are fender emblems and bumper cover side moldings. If paying with cashiers check seller will hold vehicle until check clears.
