Description
I'm deciding to sell my 1951 Chevy 3100 pickup. A lot has been done to this truck to get her stopping and driving without any issues at all, the driveline besides from the engine is practically new. a 235 that was in the truck when I previously purchased the vehicle with a fresh tune up, oil and fluid change. Here's a list of things that have been done to this vehicle to make a fun cruiser. ZERO RUST
2004r four speed trans with overdrive
Open driveline, new driveshaft
10 bolt rear with 3:73 gears
Front disc brakes
New master cylinder and brake lines
12 volt electrical system
Alternator
Modern style GM starter
90% of wiring has been removed and replaced
Original style tail lights and tailgate chains
Lokar 23" double bend shifter
4 new Coker wide white radial tires
4 new steel smoothie wheels
The only issue i have with the truck is the paint is starting to fade on the roof and atop the rear fenders as you can see in the pictures and the speedometer and fuel gauge are the only gauges that are not function properly.
I am definitely missing a few things about the truck but with the transmission and rear gears I can cruise on the highway at about 65 mph in OD without any issues, shakes or pulling. Please feel free to text or call with any questions you may have.
Thanks
Dan
