Description

You are bidding on a project. It is a 1972 Chevy C-10 factory short box, fleet side. Chassis has been completed with 5/7 drop. Discs in the front and rebuilt drums in the back. It has all been cleaned and coated. Hidden hitch. Body work has been done to remove and treat most of the rust that is why it is in primer. Powertrain is 350/350 auto. Ran and was torn down to be rebuilt. On engine stand now with rebuild kit.Tranny untouched and working when disassembled.
The good:- Chassis is ready- Most body work complete- Very complete truck with original or new in box parts- Almost $8000 in new parts comes with the truck (interior, trim, lights, bumpers etc.)- Been in secure garage since purchase.
The less good:- Some rust in the cab corner on the passenger side, needs to be repaired- Rockers cut out and new rockers ready to be installed- Engine needs to be rebuilt
This is a rare truck and the best year for the C-10 2wd in my opinion. The project stalled and I won't be able to finish it so I would rather see it go to someone who can. Could be a $30k truck when assembled and painted.
The truck and parts will be sold as a package with what I consider to be a lot reserve of less then half what I have in to it in cash and not even counting the time. Please inquire for parts list and any specific questions or desired pictures.
