On Jan-09-18 at 09:55:40 PST, seller added the following information:Update 1/9/18: the Monte Carlo DOES have an antenna, it was embedded into the windshield in 1972. The radio turns on and rolls however does not pick up channels here in my area. With some guidance from an awesome eBayer, I found that the plug in or the radio/speedometer/heater is missing the metal tip for the wire for the antenna. The heater and speedometer work great, so i am assuming the plug is fine, it will need a dab of solder. If you would just prefer a new adapter, there is a used OEM one on eBay now for $9.85 USD. Sorry for the misinformation and please contact me if you have any other questions or concerns!
