Description

Two shades of green on the outside, a comfy A/C interior on the inside, and serious V8 muscle under the hood - that's what this 1956 Chevrolet 210 is all about. So when you can get one of the most iconic designs already customized the way you want it, and all for an obtainable price, then you know this is something special.
This one proudly wears its factory correct 210 two-tone color scheme, which is a good thing since these were far rarer than Bel Air coupes. Pinecrest Green and Sherwood Green is a very cool factory-correct color combo, but what really steals the attention on this one is the brightwork. The side trim sweeps from front to tail, and you can tell this is a quality package by the way these full body lines run uninterrupted. Plus, the bumpers, taillights, window trim, and the unique to '56 grille also shine bright enough get plenty of attention. And it's all finished off with a classic set of American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. These are a great way to keep the vintage look while also telling car people that there is something special under the hood (more on that in a moment.)
Inside, the green and white is factory-correct, and it artfully mixes the two-tone presentation throughout the entire coupe. But as you look at the seat inserts, door panels, and carpeting, you can tell this is far plusher and fresher than anything that came out in '56. In front of you is a performance three-spoke steering wheel, and beyond that is the vintage dual cowl dash. As you gaze across this, you'll see upgrades like knob-style AM/FM radio with digital tuner, auxiliary gauge trio, and controls for modern R134a air conditioning. Are you starting to get the full picture on this one? It has a great vintage appearance, but it's subtly upgraded everywhere for everyday comfort.
The Tri-Five Chevys were the dawn of the small block V8, but they were never given anything as powerful as this. The motor is a total performance build that starts with a 355 cubic-inch V8 high performance block. It has been fortified and enhanced with top components that were all tested before installed. This includes a double hump fuelie heads (461 casting), TRW flat top pistons, Sealed Power rings, Clevite 77 bearings, X-rods, Duntov Corvette high performance solid cam, Crane hardened pushrods, roller rockers, and much more (call for all the details.) So when this V8 fires up, you know there's plenty of growl out of the H-pipe dual exhaust. But on a classic that's also built to cruise comfortably, you'll be glad to have features like the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and front disc brakes.
Complete with reproduction window sticker, here's one of those rare cars that celebrates its history, while also squarely keeping its eye on the future. But while this one is ready to show off near or far, the only way you can do that is if you call today!
