1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Clone 85% complete.
The car is citrus green with black stripes. The original mileage is unknown. The engine is a 350 and the transmission is a turbo 350. The engine and transmission are out of a 79 Chevy 2wd truck with 80,000 miles. Engine is an 010 code. Unsure if it’s a 2 or 4 bolt. Rear is a 10 bolt open with unknown gears. The body work and paint was performed by the previous owner. The passenger quarter panel has been replaced as well as the front fenders, hood, and upper and lower valance. This car has a bunch of new items. As the Camaro sits now it is about 85% done. It still needs a transmission crossmember, exhaust, radiator, speedometer cables, and engine bay harness. It has chips and light surface scratches which I have pictured. The car could use a good buffing. The front urethane nose extension paint is spider cracked. I can start the car by using an engine bay harness from another year. The brakes need bled also. The front seats need recovered and the center console has the front cut out for gauges. The seats and center console are out of a 75. The tail light lenses are cracked and could be replaced. Unfortunately for me I ran out of time and money. I’m relocating to Florida at the end of January and I’m unable to take the car with me which is why I’m selling it as is. I have over 7k in receipts. My loss is your gain!
