Description

In the late 1980's, you either owned an IROC-Z or you wanted to own one. Here is your chance to purchase a mostly original IROC-Z that you can enjoy driving and show at your local cruises.
This IROC-Z is in the always classic white exterior with silver and black pinstripe and gray deluxe cloth interior.
This car has the 5.7 liter V8 engine with automatic transmission. The 5.7's are getting harder to find in good original condition.
This car has T-Tops!
This car also has the BOSE rear deck speaker package that is original to the vehicle.
Pro's
All original IROC-Z, except for wheels, tires, stabilizer bar, and most likely exhaust has been replaced.
Vehicle runs, drives, stops, and passed Texas inspection. It is currently registered as an antique vehicle.
Vehicle has been garage kept under my ownership and come with a car cover.
I have original style correct "double line" 16" IROC wheels that can be purchased separately.
Con's
Paint is a twenty footer, meaning it shines up and look great from 20 feet away, but the paint is 30 years old and needs a repaint if you want to take it to the next level.
Drivers seat is torn in the usual places for this vehicle. Replacement covers can be purchased from PUI for both front seats for less than $500, or you may go custom. I have a used drivers seat that is not torn that will go with the car! It is not installed.
Passenger window is off the track and required two people to move up or down.
Speakers are disconnected as I was about to replace the entire system, but left in place for the next buyer to decide to keep original or go custom. Radio, tape deck, and speakers did work prior to the disconnect of the speakers.
Rear tires match and front tires match, but all four do not. They have very good tread.
Bottom Line
This is not a mint condition IROC-Z, but its not junk that has been abused either. It is a great mostly original car that can easily be made close to 100% stock or it can be customized as you go. Either way, this is a sold Iroc-z camaro that gives you something sharp to drive while you decide which way you want to go. I bought this car because I drove one just like it in high school. It feel great every time I get it and drive it. My kids love it too. Unfortunately our family is having a "life" event and I have to sell it.
This car turns heads, and at 30 years old, it has the real opportunity to appreciate if you take care of it.
