1966 Chevy 10 Pickup Truck
Description
1966 Chevy 10 pickup. Short wheelbase. 3 speed transmission on the steering column - this column shift does not hang up.
This truck has small rust spots in places, most of the rust is restricted to the hood and it is light.
The bed is in good shape, however the wood floor is not and needs replacing. The front tires are new (less than 100 miles) and the rear tires are in good shape (50%+ tread).
This trucks starts immediately and runs good. There is no problem with the wiring, all the lights work, the speedometer works, and the heater works. The transmission works smoothly.
The glass is all good, no cracks, and the windows crank up and down. The rain gutters on the roof are rust free (there is a photograph of part of the roof).
The truck is all original except for the seats. The original seats were replaced by the previous owner who also painted the truck (early 1980s), drove it a few years and then stored it in her barn. It was barn stored for 10 years and then purchased by the current owner.
I am listing this for a friend, the current owner. His name is Gary.
Please call Gary at 870-446-6264 with any questions; he will be glad to answer any question you have.
