Description

1970 “Chevrolet C10” GMC Sierra 1500. Body off restoration. This is not a Chevrolet, it is a GMC and titled as a GMC. A local body shop owner built this truck, liked the looks of a Chevy grill better, but this truck was the best choice of quality he could find for the project. Picture number 10 shows the glove box build sheet, that shows it was a very highly optioned GMC. GM crate 350 engine, rebuilt turbo 350 transmission, factory air conditioning, power steering, power brakes. If you are looking for a rust free, body filler free C10/1500, this is the truck!GM 350 crate engine with a mild high lift cam and hydraulic lifters. Edelbrock 4 barrel Carburetor, Edelbrock performer intake manifold, headers, dual exhaust with H-pipe and flow master mufflers. New radiator, and all new brakes, including master cylinder, power brake booster, brake lines, disc brakes, and drum brakes. Parking brake assembly, new windshield, tinted glass, all new weather strips and seals, LED headlights and park lights. Turn signal indicator in the side mirrors. Three seat belts, two of which have shoulder restraints, and a lap belt for the middle passenger, as you can see in picture number 100.New tire rod ends, ball joints, and all stabilizer bushings. Shocks, drag link bushings, wheel bearings, all body mount bushings and balanced drive shaft. These wheels and Yokohama tires have less than 1000 miles on them.I have included pictures and a video that show and describe this truck so that a buyer can bid with confidence.Everything on the truck works except for the radio, it comes on, but I can not get any sound out of it. I did not mess with it because I figured someone would want to put in their preference anyway. This truck rides and drives like a new vehicle. The steering is very tight and solid, it will drive down the highway straight. Driving over railroad tracks, bumps or dips, there are no rattles or shakes. It is truly a pleasure to drive, especially when receiving so many thumbs up and smiles. Thank you for checking out my listing. There are 100 pictures and a video to view.
