Brought van in June 2014 via an online auction when visiting the US.

Van has been stored in the open in a storage facility in Tomball, TX since the end of Aug 2014 and will probably need some work to get road worthy? ie. Battery condition? New belts? Tires etc.?

Contains a shelving type unit for storage, could possibly be used as a work bench also since quite wide. Has been disconnected from the floor of the van

The metal partition separating the cargo area from the cab has been disconnected but still in the van.

Has a lock box located between the drivers and passengers seat, locked, no key, lock will probably have to be replaced.

Has roof rack (please see photo's) and orange light on roof, (will need some silicone or something to seal the hole where the wire from the orange light passes through the roof.)

Side entry sliding door to cargo area does not close as snugly as it could and probably needs adjusting.

The inside of the cargo area has been cleaned with soap and water etc, so has most of the drivers area in the cab but the passenger’s side etc. will still require cleaning, (but this was in Aug 2014)

Also contains hardware fasteners and other misc items.

Van ran well for me, never missed a beat, only selling because of storage fees.
