Description

I love this car. I have put over $20,000 into it over 18 years. This is a 1984 Chevy Monte Carlo t-top car. American Racing special addition 17” black rims with polished lip. 383 built small block stroker engine. 440hp. Pump gas. GM aluminum fast burn heads, air gap intake, Demon aluminum carb, ceramic headers, summit electronic ignition. 3:73 gears with an Auburn posi rear end. S10 4x4 rear axles. Turbo 350 auto with shift kit, B&M slap shift shifter. I boxed in the rear 4 link. Hotchkis upsized front and rear anti sway bars. Moroso lowering springs, KYB gas shocks. Barely any body roll. I set it up for the street. I have ran 1/4 mile with it. Runs 13:71@105mph. T tops are in perfect condition and come with factory covers. Have new carpet(doesn’t need it). Custom bow tie head liner. The rear side panels are from a regal, but have the Monte ones. I have had it for 18 years, I just don’t drive it that much anymore, and need room in my garage for other toys. This is a very clean car. There are 2 small corrosion spots on the trunk lid near the bottom edge. Runs great. Have a video, but couldn’t upload it. I can send it to you if you would like. Ask questions, I will answer them. Never driven in winter that I know of. Definitely in 18 years. Came from southern Ohio. Heated storage in winter, and garage kept in summer. It is in storage now, I can get it out, but would need to be serious about buying. APC racing seats. Speedo does not work. Cable snapped a while ago because of headers. I use a gps. Plus the gearing and tires made the speedo way off. I really don’t know how many miles are on the body. This engine has around 10,000ish.
