1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS clone high-end restoration. Rare four-bolt L78 396, original to 1967 Camaro, with Muncie 4-speed transmission and Hurst shifter, and original 67 12-bolt rear end. Engine, transmission and rear end professionally overhauled. Engine dipped and magnafluxed, no cracks, finished with POR-15. Heads milled and overhauled with triple-angle valve job and hardened seats for use with unleaded fuel. Cylinders bored .30 over with high-compression pistons. Thumper roller camshaft and forged crank installed with roller rockers. All performance parts selected and professionally built by G&S Machine shop in Springdale, AR. Complete overhaul on M-21 Muncie and 12 bolt professionally rebuilt with Richmond 3.73 gears. NOS power steering box and original L78 exhaust manifold, both finished in cast-color POR 15. Complete frame-off restoration with color matched PPG. No rust ever, all original quarter panels, floorboards and firewall. Original Bolera Red color codes used with DuPont paint and deluxe clearcoat, ready for original vinyl top. Front tires fitted with disk brakes. 1967 tachometer. All original seats, windows, etc included. 90% of parts new and old to finish the project. New decals, all bolt kits, carpet, too many extras to list. Beautiful Camaro! This Camaro was one of the first Camaro's ever built, assembled before the Camaro was ever sold to the public in 1966.
