1961 Chevorlet Corvair 38k Original Miles Great condition!!!

I love this car. This has been the best car I have ever owned. I am sad to let it go and hope it goes to a great home.
The reason i am selling this is that i am looking to buy our first home for our family. Selling this will help us get to our goal. This car is being sold AS IS just because its older than I am
I have not done much to this car since i bought it as it was already in great condition. I have replaced the spark plugs, put in new air filters and replaced the vacuummodulator. I chnaged the oil in this every thousand miles. The owner before me had it for short period of time and bought it off a lady whos husband had died. He kept alot of paperwork on the vehicle included what gas he put in it every time he filled it up.
I have printed out the service manual for that and will include it and all the original paperwork i have for the car with it. I also have and extra steering wheel and the original airfilter still in the trunk as well as the spare tire.
