Description

Up for auction is a 1960 Brookwood station wagon. Super solid car that I had shipped from Arizona. The patina is just right, but I believe you could also buff this out and she would show very well, great patina as is.
Drive train is upgraded to a 4.8 LS with an LS9 Cam and valve springs. A professional PSI wiring harness that controls the engine and 4L60E transmission. New center support bearing in the driveshaft. She has power steering and power disc brakes. Stock steel wheels painted white with brand new Coker wide white walls that still have the nubs on them, only miles are test miles around town. She has vintage looking AutoMeter quad gauge in the main pod that normally houses the factory speedo, the speedo moved over the the pod that normally had a delete plate.
Complete brand new custom two tone interior. All new vinyl throughout with new headliner. New felts on all doors except the rear fold down tailgate. All new door rubber on all 4 doors and the tailgate. Brand new windshield and new rubber as well. The padded dash was stripped and painted with 2 stage PPG two tone. All the trim in the car was also painted with same 2 stage paint and all color sanded and buffed. Brand new carpet in the front and rear of the car, and custom floor mats.
Full air ride with all the best parts. Accuair VU4 controller, Air Zenith compressor, 2 tanks hidden behind the rear rockers. Slam Specialties SS6 in the front and SS7 in the rear. Full DOT air line and fittings on all bags. The air ride gauges are hidden the dash pods, and utilize the original plastic fronts, so you the look like factory gauges and keep all air ride stuff hidden, gives the factory look inside.
The air ride is controlled by the factory AM stereo, which again leaves that factory look and still have the ability to easily control the air ride from the pilot seat. The Volume and Tuning knob are used to lift the front and the rear of the car. The first 2 preset buttons are used the lower the front, and the next 2 preset buttons are used the lower the rear of the car. This was featured on the hit You Tube show Turnin Rust, you can check out the full episode here.

Here is a list of the few things I can think of that need attention. New sun visors on the way, had to be made and just a few days out, I’m sure they will be here before anyone takes delivery. There are no outside rear view mirrors, I will leave that to the next owner to decide the style you want, there are no holes for them now. There is a brand new air conditioning pump under the hood, but there is no heat or AC in the car now. I believe the heat could be hooked up very easy, but to get AC, you would need an aftermarket set up. The fuel gauge is not working with this AutoMeter gauge, needs a different signal so the sender would have to be replaced. The Speedo needs calibrating.
This is a beautiful car that shows well, but I am not Chip Foose. There are little chips here and there in the dash, the headliner could be tighten up again by a pro. This is a great driver car, but do not expect a SEMA car. This is a great driver that is affordable for most working class folks. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, I usually answer within a few minutes. The car is located in Saugerties NY 12477. If you would like to come look and the car, let me know, she is tucked away in the garage now waiting for her new owner. NO RESERVE, so bid to win.
Cash offers will be considered but any Buy It Now will have to run through Ebay. If we come to a deal, I will post the Buy it Now number that we have agreed on.
I can help with shipping overseas, and can go the the ports in New Jersey.
GOOD LUCK!!!!
