This is an original numbers matching turbo convertible.It starts easily, runs down the road, and brakes as expected. The tachometer works intermittently, but the other gauges all work properly. It is equipped with the manual top, and the original AM radio which works but has a lot of static.It has a new top professionally installed in 2015. The engine has recent forged pistons and rings, but there is a loose head stud. Compression results are 115, 118, 115, 118, 115, and 70. There is still some oil leakage, from the oil pan gasket or maybe from the front seal. Tires have good tread. It has an older repaint, which has numerous blemishes and defects.It does have evidence of minor body repairs on the right rear wheel lip, and there is a minor dent on the front fender. There are several sites of repaired minor surface rust on the paint surface. See Photos. The floors, battery box, and trunk are all original and in good condition. Two of the four wheel covers have the original spyder logo. More photos are available upon request.

Inspection

I fully welcome a buyer's private inspection. I will gladly show the car in person or assist any bidder who wishes to have a private party inspect the car. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred. If you are the high bidder and wish to inspect the car after the auction ended, you must pay the 10% down payment first.

Buyer agrees that buyer has conducted all desired inspections of the vehicle (including title history and mechanical / cosmetic inspections) before entering bid agreement to purchase this vehicle by private party and desires to purchase this vehicle with or without such knowledge of such history and/or inspections.

PAYMENT

Buyer pays a$250 non-refundable down payment by paypal within 48 hours of end of auction.Balance is due within 5 business days of the end of auction. Seller accepts bank wire transfers,or cash in person.

If the winning bidder fails to pay the non-refundable 10% down payment within 48 hours of end of auction or does not pay the remaining balance within the five (5) business day period, the seller has the right to refuse the sale and any payment to the seller will not be returned to the buyer. Neither the vehicle nor the title will be released until all funds have cleared.

Buyer further agrees and acknowledges that Seller has made no representation regarding the vehicle except those representations that are made in writing and signed / agreed upon between buyer and seller. Buyer further understands that Seller shall not be responsible in any way, for claims of any kind arising from the vehicle defects, whether obvious at the time of sale.
