Running and driving 1982 Chevrolet Chevette Diesel with manual transmission. 96k original miles. Car starts up, moves, and is complete. Exterior is in good shape, interior isn't horrible, but door panels could use some attention. Motor sounds good, clutch doesn't feel brand new, but doesn't slip. The vehicle is not equipped with a/c, but heat does work. The light for water in fuel will not turn off. We put fresh diesel in it, might just be an electrical issue. Biggest issue with the car is the brakes feel a little weak. Car stops, but would need to be changed or adjusted prior to be perfect. Car is rust free. Was garage kept for the last 7 years. Perfect car for a mild restoration project or keep it like it is and relive the past.
