I'm selling my very solid, original and great running 1964 Chevrolet Impala (Non SS) Color is White with red interior in great condition with no rips. Factory A/C car with missing compressor. It has a strong matching numbers 327 engine V8 with a 4 Barrel Edelbrock Carburetor, a Powerglide automatic transmission and power steering. Not a show car but a really nice weekend driver. All the electrical works, headlights, tail lights, turn signals and gas gauge. I bought the car from a great gentleman here in Sacramento, CA who owned the car for several years. I purchased the car about 2 years ago. Car was painted once for what I can tell and shows really in good condition. On a scale 1-10, I would give the car an 8. Engine and transmission have no problems or leaks. Engine gaskets have been replaced from the carburetor, intake and exhaust manifold and head cover gaskets. Also the engine has a HEI Distributor. All worked have been done at a local professional auto shop that specializes in classic cars. Work was done in the month of July 2018. All the trim is present and not missing any.
Original drum brakes all around. The car has never been cut or bagged. Never abused. Adult owned. Solid floors, quarter panels and doors. Garage kept.
New Parts Installed include:
New Spark Plugs
Top End Engine Gaskets
New Brake Pads
New Wheel Cylinders
New Brake Lines
Upper and Lower control arm bushings
Front sway bar links
New Shocks
Steering Idler Arm
Lower Ball Joint
Driveshaft Carrier Bearing
Center Universal Joint
Complete Dual New Exhaust System from manifolds to chromed tailpipes with glass packs. It sounds great!
Again, the car is a weekend cruiser and needs a little attention here and there. It could use some cosmetic body/paint work to make it perfect but nothing major. Could also use a new carpet as well. Keep in mind this is an unmolested, never restored 54 year old car with some flaws and dings which would be expected in a car this old. However, I drive the car as it is very presentable and turns heads everywhere as you don't see these cars around anymore. This car is truly a survivor.
I have honestly described the car to the best of my knowledge. Please ask questions and I will be more than happy to answer them. Inspections are more than welcome. Willing to entertain fair and honest offers.
As usual, buyer is responsible for shipping expenses. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required immediately. Buyer to pay for the car within 7 days after deposit is received. The car will not leave my possession until my bank verifies and clear funds. Clean Title in my hands and ready to go!
