Up for bid, is a 1969 Corvette Big-Block, 4-speed, T-top car. That is just the beginning, it is a numbers matching 427/390, The motor was re freshened 3 years ago, with minor upgrades. It had the original color Le Mans Blue resprayed 2 years ago, only to bring the vibrancy back to the original glamour of the car, it has not had any major body work done to her, which I found out once I had her repainted. The 4-speed shifts just as it should, and is just fun to drive, especially with the side-pipes, just sounds good. I did install new door handles, mirrors and badges, purchased from Corvette Central just to make her pop just a bit more. I have the original door panels, but have replaced them as well, I could have lived with them, but they had a bit of warped after almost fifty years, I recovered the seats just to bring the color back, rather that redyeing them. So needless to say the interior looks just like she should, just nice. It has new BFG-Radials on her with less than fifty miles, which on top of everything else, just makes her a pleasure to drive, and she drives straight.Some minor things that need attention, she has the original radio, but the speakers need to be replaced, the windshield wiper pump does not work, and the rear backup light does not work, minor details, but would make the car perfect.This is a show winning car, but I treat her as a daily driver, she is turn key, and a turn head car when she drives by, I will admit that I have moved on to another project, a 64, and my time is not focused on my 69, so, I may regret seller her, but my loss is your gain.
