1976 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Classic 4door 5L, V8, AM Radio, air conditioning.
This car is a Beauty Queen & a Survivor! I purchased this car from a friends parents, who had inherited it from their parents. It is all original inside and out and runs like a dream.
It has been garage kept its whole life, with no visible rust. The body looks GREAT! There are only a few minor dings here and there on the original paint, but nothing major, and its still exceptionally great for a car of this vintage.
The car was professionally serviced in 2003 by the second owner. They replaced all belts and hoses, all shocks and flushed the engine. I have a service receipt of this work. Other than that, this car is a living time capsule from 1976! There are no known major issues with anything. The car seems to have a small oil leak that I only notice when it has been sitting in the same space for a long period of time, but it has not been enough to affect the oil levels in any way, and seems to be common with older cars. The air conditioner is fully functional, but needs to be recharged. There is a small crack in the dash from the sun/aging. Other than these few things, the car is in perfect working order as far as I know. The condition is truly amazing!
The car comes with the original manuals, maintenance schedule, jack and spare. It also comes with a Club XL ant-theft device, a steering wheel cover plate, dust/rain cover, copy of the 1976 Fisher Body Service Manual, and a 1976 Chevrolet Service and Overhaul Manual. It's really hard to see her go, but we only have a one car garage and need to make room for a new car.
