The information in the table quotes that out of 38,762 cars produced, only 82 with these specific options were made.
Now click the Vette Facts button at the top and then reference the 1969 Corvette Facts page:
The quantity built with exterior Color Code 972 Can Am White is unknown, but 10 colors were made. The quantity built with interior Color Code 412 Bright Blue (Leather) was only 242 cars. The math percentages indicate that this is a very rare version.
Interior and exterior were repainted years ago before the last two owners and need to be redone. Exterior does have some very minor surface cracking after 50 years, and a marginal quality and aged paint job.The original exterior paint code 972 Can-Am White color can be seen underneath the exterior red paint in small chipped spots.
The original interior trim code 412 Bright Blue (BB) color can be seen underneath the interior black paint on many interior parts. The black paint is peeling, flaking, and comes off easily on some parts. The original interior parts listed below could be restored back to the original BB color ($), and the BB looks great too.
Considering that the VIN was the next to last of the second production run ending in January, 1969 (special orders last, and General Motors probably kept in-house the very first and last of every run), and also the original black seats/panels/carpet with the original BB trim interior, the original paint underneath the Hood needs to be considered also. The entire underside of the Hood appears to be originally painted Le Mans Blue, not the standard black. The open Hood must have looked great with the Can-Am White exterior and BB/black trim interior colors. The Le Mans Blue Hood underside got painted red, then black. Le Mans Blue can be seen underneath the black and red paint on parts of the Hood from the center to the outer edge (see photo). It shows black over red over Le Mans Blue to fiberglass. These considerations may indicate that this was a special order vehicle, very rare and unique.
The original BB Shift Console Housing shown in photo is broken and painted black, but repairable and restorable by a professional (see Corvette America Part #43242 or similar). It could be that when a previous owner's original BB Shift Console Housing broke, they tried to fix it and painted the BB interior black (maybe to match the black Seats/Doors/Carpet, and also the Hood underside...). They eventually bought a new matching black Shift Console Housing and Park Brake Cover.

The Hidden Headlight and Hidden Wiper Systems work well after car warms up. Right Headlight sometimes barely catches the edge and needs a nudge. The override switch to the Wiper System, that allows the vacuum-operated panel to be left up during freezing conditions, works (location tested at 4500 ft and it gets cold outside, even in the garage).
Fiberglass Body had a small topside crack in the left rear quarter panel and was recently stop drilled, fiberglass patched underneath, new resin and smoothed. Driver's side door by handle has one small piece of fiberglass missing.
T-Top Pads and tops of Pillar Posts have some slight wear and cracking by the door.
Driver's side seat has a very small hole from wear in top upper left. Door Panels have some wear and cracking on outer edge, no cracks on armrest, and some hardware replaced.
Some interior screws have been replaced or not.
Shift Console Housing and Park Brake Console have been replaced in black. Missing driver's side Shift Console Housing Extension (radio access).
Side Mirror, one Outside Door Handle, and both Inside Door Window Cranks replaced (broken Cranks and Handle in parts).
AM/FM Cassette Radio (Custom Autosound) with added speaker soundbar in rear, works but could use a modern upgrade.
Front Tag Bracket attached for two plate vehicle.
Daily-driven locally survivor car; next to last VIN of second production run; very rare original paint/trim combination with options like Automatic Transmission, Tilt-Telescopic Steering, AC, T-Tops and Removable Rear Window; and not many mostly original and matching numbers up for sale often like this one, especially located in Southern California. Great as an investment, and/or ready for the next level of engine and interior upgrades and body work/paint job (or easily restored back to original paint/trim colors) for maximum enjoyment and value.
