Description

I am selling my 1988 Chevy one ton Commissary FoodTruck.

It is currently licensed as a Mobil unit class 3 in Lane County Oregon. The truck is a 1988 Chevy 1Ton with a 350 and auto transmission. 2wheel drive. (Odometer shows less than 50k miles, it is exempt and no way to know for sure). I purchased this truck in the spring of 2015, it sat in storage for a good many years, I sent it to a certified mechanic, he gave it a tune up, plugs, wires, carb cleaning, new tires in the rear, things like that and it runs great! Sounds great, and drives amazingly smooth! This is an incredible opportunity someone starting out. This truck is in great shape and only a few minor arbitrary things on the interior that need fixing. Like the glove box needs a new lock, there is a couple tears in the seat fabric and carpet, common stuff you would find on a Chevy truck from the 1980's. This truck is very classy looking and will be an amazing opportunity for someone!

I started going to weekend events and sold food out of it. I was not expecting to make as much money as I did. NOW my business is booming, I have made enough to purchase a larger truck, to keep up with demand. Ive used it for the past year and did wonderfully!

This is just an excellent chance to start small, little investment with huge up side! The food truck business is becoming more and more popular!

The truck is set up with a hot and cold side. There is a a propane system for brewing coffee and a warming system in the back for holding items. For what I was serving, I never needed or used that area. I had planned on turning the 5 gallon brewing tanks into kegs for beer, because the truck has cool looking spigots and stainless steel cup dispensers in the back. I wanted to take the coffee brewers out and install beer kegs, this could be an insanly huge profit for things like weddings and other large catering events, but I never got around to doing that this year. I was told that all of the warming burners work and from what I can see, everything looks intact. It has a propane tank under the truck, some long burners, ignitors and control units. Looks to be pretty simple, but I have never used it or tested. I used a Camp Chief propane stove to keep food warm and had it hooked to a portable tank. The Camp Chief stove works great and comes with the truck!
The refrigeration box runs off of the AC unit in the truck and is very efficient in keeping the refrigerator cool. I used this and it works as it should. There are built in ice bins for holding soda/water, stainless steel shelves, extra racks, built in napkin, cup and straw holders, as well as a built in bottle opener and trash bin on the side. Its a very neat truck!

This is a very unique truck and is READY to go! Summer is here and events everywhere!
Become your own boss this year .. It's awesome! This truck paid for itself the first event! Its a real money maker! I'm sure anyone else could do the time.

Here is a quick video run down of the truck on youtube. Check it out!

I KNOW this is a GREAT opportunity! Don't hesitate and miss this amazing opportunity.
