1964 Nostalgic Chevy Nova - 2Door Hard TopThis is one Awesome Chevy I, It's been in the family for 24 years, Garage kept. This new engine was installed in 2011 and has only been driven to a couple of car shows with approx. 200 miles total on new motor. I absolutely love this car, but due to health circumstances I am no longer able to enjoy this fabulous Nova.
Exterior :Body details- Beautiful custom PPG Black base coa, Hand laid Lime Green nostalgic flames with Pink Pearl outlines to bring attention to those Awesome flames all covered with PPG 2002 High Glamour clear coat. All metal body with lift off 6" cowl hood. Paint by Luck-E-Duck Customs - Louisa, Va.
Interior Details :All original style door panel, all new interior including factory headliner, with a Beautiful SS all chrome console. Custom hand made gated shifter with reverse lock ou, Billet aluminum window cranks and door handles, Scat-Pro car seats, NHRA approved head rests with new Simpson 5 point harnesses (exp.2020). Bead rolled lime green Bow Tie on rear bulk head.
Chassis - Built by D&T Motor Sports - Ladder bars with coil over shock, NHRA certified full roll cage- lime green, Tubular Front Suspension with coil overs. Wheels are Weld Drag Lights with Micky Thompson SR front tires and ET Street rear tires.
Now the fun part: The Motor- Professionally Built by Progressive Performance. Engine Details - 1st Gen Small block Chevy 406 GM block with Eagle Rotating Assembly, JE - 12.5 :1 pistons, custom ground CompCams solid roller cam shaf, Belt drive timing system, Brodex cylinder heads, with Edelbrock Victor ram intake, with 2- Quick Fuel 800 cfm double pump carburetor, Jet coated Hooker header, MSD ignition system, with timing computers and rev limiters, 3.5 inch Hooker Aero Chamber exhaus, aluminum radiato, electric fan and electric water pump.
Drive Train - 350 Tranny Syste, 8" 5500 stall converte, Fender mounted trans cooler with electric fan, Ford 9" rear, 35 spline Strange Engineering Axles, Strange aluminumcenter sectio, 4.56 Gear with Strange Engineering spool .
