You are bidding on a very nice, garage kept, 1980 Malibu Classic with only 53k original miles! This Malibu was being kept in a climate controlled garage when we found it. Very close to original. The wheels, dual exhaust, and air shocks have been upgraded. The paint does have a few imperfections and the car has a few small, very minor surface rust spots that have been touched up but runs and drives great. Under the car is very clean also, no rust issues at all, very solid. Has a new battery, fresh oil change, and went through a WV state inspection process. You won't be disappointed in this car! The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

All Fees and Tax Information: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees,as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. 6% WV Sales tax not included unless buyer lives in state. All vehicles have $175 documentation fee. Bidder's Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans.
