1969 Camaro X11 Project Car
Description
For sale is a 1969 Camaro project car. All of the upper sheet metal has been dustless blasted in order to reveal areas of concern. The floor pan and trunk area have not been blasted. However, from the underside of the car, I have not seen any significant issues. Overall, this is a solid project. I've owned the car for about 9 years now, and the car sat in a restoration shop for almost 4 with nothing being accomplished. I've lost interest, and it's time to cut my losses.
Please see the photos for specific rust damaged areas. Much of what I have found is of the pin hole variety, except for the poor repair on the right side below the rear window. Not pictured but included with the car are the two front fenders, both of which have poorly repaired areas behind the wheel opening. Also included are the rear deck lid, front sail panel, and front valance. All of those have no rust damage. Also, portions of the drip rails have been removed since the plan was to shave those for the final build.
There is no engine or transmission in the car, no glass, no brakes, no interior, etc. The rear is an old Chevy 10-bolt, and its condition is unknown. If you have specific questions about what is included/missing, please feel free to message me.
Comes with a clear title. The car is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction if it sells.
Bid with confidence, and again, contact me with any questions. Sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied.
