1970 Chevelle SS Convertible LS5 Triple Black Stripe Delete TRADES ?

Up for bid is my 1970 Chevelle SS Convertible. This is the first time being offered for sale in over 30 years. This is a 1970 Chevelle SS Convertible, triple black, LS5 454, stripe delete. These cars are very rare and hard to come by. Some options on this car are power steering, power disc brakes and power convertible top. The LS5 454 engine has been completely rebuilt to stock LS5 specs and runs great. Exhaust manifolds were sandblasted and treated with a brand new period correct dual exhaust installed. Naturally all belts and hoses are new as well as the alternator, starte, heater core, fuel pump, battery, motor and trans mounts etc. The turbo 400 trans was sent out and serviced and received new seals, gaskets and fluid. The F-41 rear suspension with 12 bolt rear end also received new seals, gaskets and fluid. There is also a new gas tank, sending unit and new fuel and brake lines.Car has only been pulled in and out of garage for pictures so there are no miles on this since the work has been done. The interior is mostly new including the seat covers, carpet, door panels etc. Car has rare special order concours bench seat with armrest. Door and trunk weather stripping is new. Convertible top is brand new as can be seen in the pictures. Car has received a recent respray in the original tuxedo black paint . Not perfect but nice. Still needs final cut and buff. Car was originally ordered stripe delete however new owner could add them if preferred. Both front and rear chrome bumpers are brand new. Period correct New York license plates will be included with the sale and make great decoration. Many more new parts have been added over the years but you get the idea. Overall a good solid car that just needs final finishing touches.

Items not picked up by the 30 day deadline will be charged $25. a day storage fee that must be paid in full prior to removal. Any items not picked up within 60 days will be deemed abandoned at which time ownership will revert back to seller an no refunds will be issued.
