Description

Here my 1957 Chevy Bel Air with a totally rebuilt 327 ci 4bbl engine, has roller rockers, streetable healthy sounding cam, mallory unilite distributor, edelbrock performer rpm intake and edelbrock vacuum secondary 4 barrel carburetor. Also the engine has a real cool Pete Jackson gear drive, sounds like a supercharger when your driving down the road."Replace your timing chain with a Pete Jackson gear drive. Unlike timing chains, a gear drive doesn't stretch, so your cam timing stays more accurate. Pete Jackson builds its drives with dual idler gears, making them more stable than single idler gear drives. A Pete Jackson gear drive is as easy to install as a timing chain and will fit under your stock timing chain cover. It whines like a supercharger." Engine runs like new and has a nice sounding flowmaster style exhaust which sounds nice but not too loud. Hurst shifted muncie 4 speed transmission. Has front power disc brakes and manual steering. Car has No Rust! floors and frame completely solid, Nice custom interior in excellent condition (also have matching custom seat covers front and rear included but not pictured) Doors open and close like a new car, window's all roll up and down nicely, lights and signals all work as well as heater. Runs and drives excellent. Real fun to drive. this 57 Spent most of its life in Washington State and now living in CT. Always garaged and rarely used. The gas gauge is stuck but I am including a new sending unit which would need to be installed. Brand new autometer tach and gauges. Has a nice aluminum radiator and new shroud. Runs cool even in 90 degree plus weather. Please email me with any questions, serious buyers welcome to come and inspect the car. thanks for looking.
