Description

1952 Chevy Suburban
Frame off restoration:
All sheet metal bead blasted, epoxy primed and painted in base coat clear. Frame and parts,
bead blasted and black satin powder coated. All bolts and screws replaced where possible with
SS. No off-shore chrome on this truck. Everything triple plated by a American Chrome Co. All
glass green tinted, with new rubber seals and or whiskers. Tires are Coker Radials on the
original 16" 5" wide rims, with Stainless period correct hubcaps. Oh wait, there was no
Chrome or Stainless in 1952, oh well. Front tires are mounted to 11" 6 lug rotors providing
excellent stopping power. Rear tires are connected to the original old school axle that has
hidden inside a 3:55 highway gear, Awesome. Connected to that is a 4 speed trans serviced
and ready to go with its oversized clutch and newly surfaced pressure plate. Now for the cool
Stuff. Most of you know that these Suburban's came with a 216 and many were upgraded to a
235. But few know of the rare 261 and unless you know what your looking at you cannot tell
the difference. These engines were in Pontiac's made in Canada and in our two ton farm trucks
between 1956- 1962. More bore and stroke! And to keep this engine cool is a new Aluminum
Radiator. Also under the hood is a new starter, battery. 12 volt Alternator, new Old style wiring
harness. Everything under the hood you can eat off of. Almost forgot this is a full flow engine
that is rebuilt which will run 10 lbs. higher than the 235 so had to replace the gage in the
instrument cluster. These little extras will only be noticed by your techie friends.
Now, the inside. There's enough room in there that both your wife, her girlfriends, your
girlfriend, and the dog will relish in the coolness of this classic. The seats, springs, frames all
the real deal and better than new. Just climb in and look for yourself. Everything works as it
should. So while you were sitting there admiring the inside did you check out what's in the
rear view mirror?

1948 Palace Royale.

New tires, torsion axle with electric brake, 7 way plu, triple chrome bumper, clearance lights, green tinted glass, polished window frames, single Stage two tone paint for ease of touch up.
