1968 Chevelle SS L-78

Description

1968 Chevelle SS. True 138 car.Built at the baltimore plant on the third week of May.Car was solid Butternut yellow (code YY) with the very unusual Black Buick bench seat interior.( code 765-158B).
Car was sold new at Baugher Chevrolet in Waynesboro Virginia.Always a Virginia car.
Car still retains its original no. matching 396/375 L-78 Motor. All of the major components are correct except for the passenger side head which was replaced with a service replacement.I located and purchased a correct head with the Exact date code of the drivers side that goes with the car.Never changed it because the motor runs great.Has factory manifolds, never had headers.
Matching # M-20 4 speed still controlled by its original Muncie Shifter. 3.55 12- Bolt Posi rear.New clutch,brakes exhaust,gas tank, sending unit, heater core. Restore the car or just have fun with it like I have. Sold as-is. Inspections welcomed. Thanks
