Description

Hi Everyone,

Up for sale is a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette (5.7L Manual 4+3). I purchased this car recently knowing it needed a lot of work. I started the job but recently accepted a job offer in another state. I already own other cars and this one will not make the cut.

This is a PROJECT car. I will say it started, ran and drove up until about two weeks ago, idle is rough and not road capable. I would bring a trailer to get her home. Previous owners did not make any necessary repairs, and it all started to add up. Currently removed the door panels, and started the repairs. I will list all purchased and replaced up to this point by request. I will help as much as I can but I only know so much as I haven't been an owner long.

Please note this is a unique Corvette as it is the crossfire engine, not many made. This runs basically off of vacuum and grounds. You'll need gaskets as there are minor leaks under her. If you have a good knowledge of this car or cars in general, you'll own a unique piece of history. For an additional price I will throw in the actual 84-shop manual, electrical manual, Haines repair book and also one additional repair book, almost $200.00 in repair guides.

Please see below as a list of purchased items. Body is in great shape for the year as well as a very clean interior. Paint is starting to fade out; a good wrap may be in order.

I would have loved to fix this up and cruise around the strip and to cars and coffee, but life gets in the way. Title is in hand, still in previous owners name as again, this was purchased just weeks ago. Feel free to run the vin if need be. I am not moving that soon so in no rush to sell. Price is fair, put an offer my way though if interested; throw in an additional $150.00 for all repair guides. If you have an engine lying around, this would be a great model to throw it into.

I currently do not have time to diagnose the current problem at hand, she trys to turn over but struggling.

Updates made: I keep a very clear record, nothing to hide.
