This Camato was built on October 31, 1966 at the Los Angeles plant. I found this 2 years ago.
It had been sitting for 25 years! Did the brakes, rebuilt the carb, new tires, changed fluids. Little cold blooded on start up. No smoke. Runs and drives great. Great patina. Super straight and clean body. Floor boards, rockers and trunk are solid. Dont find them like this. Especially convertibles! Interior rough, and I have purposely kept it that way. Has tach, console and console gauges. Door panels are included. Top canvas gone, top frame good. There are paint scratches on the lower doors from a dog back in the day that liked going for rides. This car has no dents, I've only found one ding the size of my pinky fingernail. So small can't even photograph it. I've been driving it like it is, and it gets super amount of attention. I've decided to drive it as a barn find, and not one speck of dust, or Dirt has been cleaned of this car in 25 years. Another cool thing on this car, it has the original dealers plaque on the back tail panel.Would be an easy restoration project projects with this clean and straight of a body, if that's the direction you want to go.Tires and brakes have less than 200 miles.
Clean clear title in my name.
