1949 CHEVY, 1 TON (8 lug), LONG WHEEL BASE, PANEL TRUCK: All original. Very little rust!Last registered in 1966. Have clear NC title. Front floors repaired. New windshield rubber and glass.Starts and runs "perfect". Has rebuilt 235 6 cyl. (pressure oiling and replaceable bearings). Have all paper work from engine rebuild.Has 6 volt system with a 6 volt "alternator" that charges even when idling.
"EVERYTHING" works like it came from the factory from bumper to bumper. Speedometer is only thing not working."All" mechanical items have been rebuilt. Brakes work as well as floor emergency brake lever. Brand new exhaust.
Starts and runs perfectly. Will do 60 mph with no problem. Have new side door glass, all felt and rubber parts for the rest of the panel truck. Some extra parts. New bias ply tires.
Currently has 4 speed manual trans (granny 1st gear). Have "complete" S-10 5 speed transmission and new driveshaft (complete & balanced) if you want to swap which will allow speeds of 65 to 70 mph. Original green paint is still on below orange.
