Description

I have a very sharp 1984 Silverado K-20 that I had repainted 2 1/2 yrs ago with the original colors. Very nice paint job including door jambs and lower metal areas of interior. It had the factory sliding glass rear window had it replaced with std glass and windows tinted. The slider and various used parts that were replaced go with the truck. It came originally with a 350 M code, which I don't have but now has a 1973 454 rebuilt some years back and I did a valve job about 4 years ago because of valve seal issues and bottom end cylinders still had cross hatch marking. I used the GM steel shim head gaskets to boost the compression a bit. Has the original Turbo 400 just serviced. 3.73 gears. About a month ago I installed a new Edelbrock RPM manifold, new distrubitor, water pump and aluminum radiator and NOS fan shroud. Has Edelbrock 795cfm Q-jet. Also installed a Sanden A/C compressor with new bracket kit for oem style manifold hoses, new dryer and cools real good. All new belts and hoses w/fresh antifreeze. Heater core was flushed also and is around five yrs old. The drivetrain is original to the truck except motor. New 2-1/2" exhaust system from factory maniflolds to big block Flowmaster mufflers and tailpipes done about a year ago. The entire front end is rebuilt new Moog ball joints, Spicer 4x4 front u-joints, bushings and had the front springs rearched so the new Michelin 285-75-16's would clear. The dog dish hubcabs are factory NOS. Driveshaft is rebuilt and balanced. Rebuilt steering gear drives nice at any speed. Set the cruise and cruise! Driver gas tank 20 gallon and sender was replaced. I have the new passanger side tank and sender but have not installed as of yet. 1984 was the only year for the front quad shock setup which they are new also. New bumpers, wheel well mouldings, NOS headlight bezels, new headlights, tailights, Curt Hitch and 7 pin connector, original spare rim and new tire under bed, etc. All power works. Was a factory duel battery option. Bed was repaired and sprayed with bedliner. Over 10k invested in the last 3 yrs. More pics and info on request. thank you
