Mint Condition, Show Quality 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle with SS package. This car was on its way to Barrett Jackson auction house and we purchased it before it went to auction. Show quality. Barely driven but garaged and well serviced. Started and ran every other day. No Bondo.
TRANSMISSION:New upgraded 700 R4 Overdrive Transmission Technology with performance independent cooler transmission replaced in 2018.
ENGINE: 427 V8 Big Block engine with only 49,999 odometer miles.
Center arm rest does need a more permanent attachment to keep the arm rest in place. Currently the whole top comes off to store a portable CD player(CD player does not come with the vehicle) Arm rest is upholstered in the same mist blue fabric.
PAYMENT: Seller will accept a certified cashier's check for the full price of the vehicle after the auction as well as the cost of shipping from Hawaii to port of choice or the buyer may arrange and pay for their own shipping and transportation of the vehicle. Transportation costs of the vehicle must be paid by the buyer direct to the transport company.
SHIPPING/TRANSPORT:BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING THIS VEHICLE AND A CERTIFIED CAR TRANSPORT TO THE BUYER'S LOCATION.This car will be shipping from Hawaii and the buyer will arrange for the vehicle to be dropped off at the HILO port on Hawaii Island and shipped to the port of choice. Estimated shipping for this vehicle cannot be calculated yet as we don't know where it will be going until auction is over. Cost to ship this vehicle from Hawaii to California Oakland port was roughly $1100. Vehicle car transport would be an additional cost and cannot be estimated here. Buyer will assume all responsibility of contacting a licensed and insured transportation company such as Reliable Car Transport.
DISCLOSURE: Once this vehicle has been purchased, the buyer must present the seller with an insurance declaration and insurance card showing that the vehicle is insured by the new owner. Vehicle must be insured for a minimum of $65,000 through an official collector car insurance company such as America's Collector Insurance. Once this vehicle is dropped off at the Hilo port for ocean transport and is out of the hands of the seller, the owner assumes all responsible for this vehicle including loss, theft, damage etc.
