1993 Corvette - Manual, Maintance Records, and Extras

It's Corvette season, which means it a perfect time to pick one up, especially at this price! Can't beat the price with all the work and maintenance it has received.
I've owned the car for about 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. It has a clean title. Over the course of the last few years I've always maintained it and fixed what needed to be fixed. Always used Shell 93 fuel. It has 130,000 miles.
I've added few tasteful mods including a cold air intake, flowmaster mufflers, short throw shifter, drilled/slotted rotors, LED interior lights, and LED headlights. The previous owner painted it this unique Admiral Blue and I believe he wanted to make it look like a ZR-1, but when it was painted, it was painted right with the tear down of parts. The original color was white.
Reason for selling is that I'm upgrading. I have service records for the last few years I've owned the car, and I've always taken good care of it, however there are a few very common issues that should be stated.
Issues:
-Leaks a bit of oil just like every other LT1 engine (about a quart every 1-2 Months)
-Targa Top leaks a bit of water
-Recently retrofit AC, but needs a new AC clutch, haven't done it since it was winter
-Normal wear and tear for being 26 years old
-Rear Hatch needs new solenoid (currently have pull string to open)
Maintenance:
-Brand New Nitro 315 rear tires (less than 50 miles on them)
-Brand New starter
-Recently flushed coolant
-2,000ish miles on current oil change
-New clutch, flywheel, master, slave, line, rear main seal, and transmission fluid (6 months ago, less than 3000 miles)
-Retrofit AC (6 months ago)
-Fixed common wobble in steering column (6 months ago)
-New ERG valve (1 year ago)
-New passenger side O2 sensor (1 year ago)
-New windshield and weather stripping due to rock chip (18 months ago)
-New pads and rotors (18 months ago)
-New Front Shocks (2 years ago)
-Water pump, front main seal, spark plus, and plug wires. (2 years ago)
-Fuel filter (2 years ago)
-Brass headlight gears (2 years ago)
