Description

This Camaro will require a full restoration. This car was originally a Butternut Yellow which you can still see remnants of through the roof and door jams. As you will notice, the front clip as well as the rear tail panel have been swapped. There is also some speculation that this could in fact be an L30/M20 car but unfortunately, I have no paperwork to support this. However, there are some tell all signs that exist which point to the possibility that this could be an L30/M20 car.
When ordering the L30/M20 package in 1967, your car would have came equipped with a Saginaw four speed as opposed to a Muncie. The speedometer cable on the Saginaws were ran to the left of the steering column as opposed to the right side of the column which was standard for all Muncies. Another telling sign is the additional brake proportioning valve which was ran underneath the drivers side door on the front frame rail (see photos).

Regardless of the potential of being an L30/M20 car, it is still one remarkable car. Check out the cowl tag data and you'll see what I mean.

The pro's, you can see exactly what you're getting. Everything you need can be ordered out of a catalog. The first gen Camaros are one of the simplest muscle cars one can build. The negatives, the entire car needs gone through.
I do not have the original engine nor transmission and I do not know where they are located. I do have this Camaro for sale locally. Thank you for taking the time to check out my auction.
