1947 Chevy Fleetmaster Town Sedan 2 Door

Up for sale is this very nice '47 Chevy Fleetmaster 2 door town sedan. It has the original numbers matching straight 6 engine with only 45,600 miles. It starts and runs well, like a low mileage engine should. Starts easily, idles smoothly, and runs cool. No smoke at start-up or anytime. I has the original 3 on the tree manual transmission, shifts smooth and no clutch chatter. The car rides well, steers straight and does not wander. It is really fun to cruise around in. The doors open and close nice and tight. There is no sagging when you open the doors. All the glass is in good shape and all windows roll up and down. The car has new seat upholstery. The car has had one paint job and shines good, however, is not show quality. The underside of the doors are like new - no surface rust. The rockers are in great shape. It has new Whitewall tires that are very sharp against the shiny black paint. Car has the original hubcaps along with stainless trim (lots of it) that is all in great shape. The bumpers are original. It has a very nice shape chrome grill. The lights and gauges work along with the wipers. Speedometer and clock also work. Overall this is a very nice looking, dependable old Chevy.
