Here’s another project I will not have the opportunity to restore. I have one too many projects and this one must go. It’s a solid barn door 1946 Chevrolet Suburban project pulled from a barn in western Kansas. It has the correct panel/suburban front doors on it that are rust free. There is very minimal rust on the suburban mainly around the rear door hinges from the wood holding moisture.
The frame is good and solid and it has the original knee action shocks on it. The 216 was supposedly rebuilt but has locked up from sitting improperly. It has new freeze plugs in it but I haven't opened it up to look at it.
